Processing Time

* Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

* Expedited Shipping (if selected): 1–3 Business Days

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

The Hair Parlor is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been:

* Opened
* Worn
* Installed
* Washed
* Colored
* Cut
* Chemically processed
* Altered in any way

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

* You received the wrong item.
* Your order arrived damaged.
* Your order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory availability.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer available.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Hair Parlor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

HAIR CARE GUIDE

Proper maintenance is essential to extending the life of your hair extensions.

We recommend the following:

* Wash hair with sulfate-free shampoo.
* Deep condition regularly.
* Use a heat protectant before styling.
* Brush gently from the ends upward.
* Sleep with a satin bonnet or silk scarf.
* Store hair properly when not in use.

With proper care, our premium human hair extensions can last 12 months or longer.
